Abstract
Research using this literature study method used 25 research journals obtained from PubMed Central, Google Scholar and Science Direct, 20 of which were local journals in Indonesian and 5 of them used foreign language journals. The results of research from 25 journals show that the implementation of the work-related accident reporting system in the company is in accordance with the knowledge of workers and the company's commitment to reporting work accidents. Many factors cause work-related accidents to be not reported, including the lack of knowledge of workers regarding the obligation to report accidents due to work. In addition to using an offline-based work-related accident reporting system or directly reported while at the company, some companies also use an online-based work accident reporting system, in addition to saving time and money, using an online-based system can also make it easier for workers to report work-related accidents.
